Male arrested for Breach of CPN

On Tuesday 31st March 2026, Police Sergeant Jennings was on foot patrol in areas that have been subject to ongoing Anti‑Social Behaviour concerns.

Whilst on patrol near Sainsbury’s, Melbourne Avenue, West Ealing, PS Jennings observed a group of persons loitering outside the premises. The group were seen to be consuming alcohol in a public place.

PS Jennings recognised one of the males from previous police dealings and was aware that he is subject to an active Community Protection Notice (CPN). The conditions of this CPN prohibit the male from:

Due to the male’s presence in the restricted area and his possession of alcohol, PS Jennings formed the opinion that the male was in breach of his Community Protection Notice.

The male was arrested on suspicion of Breach of a Community Protection Notice.

A search was conducted following arrest, during which the male was found to be in possession of a small quantity of cocaine. The male was further arrested for possession of a Class A controlled drug (Cocaine).

The male was subsequently bailed to attend Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court.
